      MNCs and lots of perks

      Cons

      Political and inefficient co-workers. All talk and no action. The survival skill here is to speak well and pretend to work hard. A traditional media at heart and very slow to change.

      Pros

      People working in my department were open-minded and easy going. Easy to talk to management - they were happy to assist with issues. Great perks.

      Cons

      Huge employee turnover makes it hard to keep up with changes.
