Pros

Chic new office space, with good accommodation, centrally located, media business (if that's your thing). You feel like, as it's stuff some (sad) people watch every night on TV that what you're doing MIGHT be worthwhile, but you soon realise that the money the business is willing to put into new programming is insufficient to make it competitive and so all you show is re-runs.

Cons

weak management, shockingly bad HR, the strategy (at least when I was there) was to sell the channels to ANYONE in a number of territories and the truth is it never was an economic model.
