      Overall positive experience with NBC Universal

      Pros

      Positive experience working with talented people. Competitive salary and benefits. Proud to have worked for this legendary broadcaster. Free movie screenings, a few passes to Universal Studios a year. The People I worked with were close encouraged each other. Bank holidays were observed.

      Cons

      My particular office was older and lacked any frills. Certain positions required that you be on-call at all times. Difficult to have a peaceful work/balance life for those employees.

      Pros

      You are surrounded by a very professional atmosphere, while you are creating! It's amazing

      Cons

      I was a freelance, so after a year, if you are a freelance, They have the let you go, by any law I don't understand! In my opinion, once you get use to the job, trhey need to evaluate to make you staff or so. In that way, they don't need to look for a new person and train this person to get the job done. It is a waste of time in my opinion.
