Pros

Great opportunities if you're a hard worker and wiling to put in the hours. Amazing staff and people. Friendly, talented, and team players. This is a place to work if you want to grind and learn. The knowledge amongst the designers and animators is invaluable -- ask them questions.

Cons

Located in Stamford, CT. Long hours, night and weekend shifts. More versioning work than actual design work. Lots of tension between some groups of employees since NBC/Comcast merger; particularly with upper management. Pay is low for the industry.
