Pros

Great vision on the company products and services Teamwork and great coworkers Overall mission of the company is really good Good benefits

Cons

Management is disconnected of the details of the projects and that creates confusion and delays. Some executives are more concerned about socializing that actually engaging with the projects. Some execs are more concerned about pleasing their business users that making sure that their team is not burned out. Some teams prioritize friendships vs job performance and that harms the whole team.

Pros

Feels very stable compared to other media/movie studios in the industry. The company culture and HR team have been great.

Cons

There's a lot of dead weight at the company who have been here a long time. They stay because of the culture and stability which makes sense but for anyone below them, this can make it really challenging to grow your career when the people above you don't share the same ambition.
