Pros

A really great place to work. The people are very kind, smart and passionate about their jobs and each other. I worked in a department where we had a family vibe. Benefits are good with health, dental and matching 401k. There's opportunities for growth and they spend money on their people. Lots of fun events and celebrations.

Cons

There's some politics. People can be very title happy allowing that to get in the way of playing nicely. I worked in a group of about 70 people and was the only African American on the team. They could work on diversifying a little. Seemed like people got roles based on who they knew or who's kid they were.

Pros

Good experience for college graduates

Cons

Difficult to move up without playing politics. Being led on by management with no opportunities for growth —only for those who certain managers deem “worthy”
