Thank you for leaving a review. At NBCUniversal we believe that our talent is our most valuable asset. We take employees' feedback seriously and are always looking for ways to improve. We encourage you to reach out to your Supervisor or the HR representative for your business unit to address this issue. If you’d prefer, you may also use the Comcast NBCUniversal Listens Helpline to raise a workplace concern. The Helpline is managed by an independent third-party company. In the US and as allowed by law in certain other countries, you may remain anonymous. However, whenever possible we encourage you to identify yourself so that we can more easily follow-up with questions and/or provide feedback. Pros

Diverse and friendly co-workers. Professional workplace. Good benefits and pay for experienced and skilled employees is commensurate with the industry.

Cons

Management lacks cohesive vision and direction, particularly in the TV unit. Very corporate environment that is often at odds with the fact that it is a creative business.
