Some really talented people in the cracks. Have grown a lot as an engineer and very thankful for the people I worked with on a previous team

Also some very lazy and unmotivated people. Management lets people slide and can be extremely unorganized. Such is life at many F500 companies though. Terrible ESPP. Good 401k Match
