      Good benefits and matching, smaller enterprise so in IT you can really make an impact on the company as a whole. You can learn a lot and fast, especially if you are up for a challenge.

      Cons

      Almost refuse to fire employees who do not pick up nearly as much work as others, it has happened but it is pretty rare so you may have to pick up some slack.
