      -Friendly Staff -Helpful Staff -Management doesn't micromanage -Work life balance is reasonable

      -Pay could be better but still very reasonable given the area and cost of living.

      Pros

      Management is great- fun to work with, good people. They care about you, good about taking personal days. Work flow is steady, if you do above expected, they recognize it.

      Cons

      Can't believe how low the compensation is. They come up with ways to show you your true compensation, but the bottom line is the bottom line. They bring in arrogant college graduates that have been told they are the best. They pay these employees at an appropriate level, which discourages a lot of other hard working, dedicated and loyal individuals.

      Pros

      Very helpful and nice management, from group leaders to the senior level. Good opportunities to learn about banking industry and what it has to offer.

      Cons

      Some menial work (data entry, "collections," etc). Very entry level position placement does not allow for the best view of banking careers for college grads.
