Good co-workers, decent hours, got promoted after 2 years but still not much compensation for that. Work hours were decent depending on which branch, Saturdays on and off only 9-12, no Sundays.

Cons

Not feeling appreciated by upper management. Low pay for the stress you will endure, constantly cutting back FTE's to increase employees work load.
