      Pros

      This company truly cares about its employees as well as its customers. Easy access to senior management, great opportunity for personal and company wide growth. Very easy to make yourself known within the company. If you are willing to work hard and genuinely care about your job, you can and will be a huge asset in this company.

      Cons

      Norwich isn't the most exciting town in New York, and the bank technology is lacking.

      Pros

      I didn't work directly for them, I was a sort of consultant but this company seems to have it together more than most financial institutions of their size. If I ever move to upstate NY I would consider working for them in an instant!

      Cons

      Their headquarters are located in Norwich, NY. There isn't a ton out in that area of New York State.
