      Cheap and causing mental health issues

      Pros

      Company paid benefits. That's all.

      Cons

      They promote mental health, diversity, and inclusion but all they do is give people in this community a platform and then take, take, take. They don't actually do anything to take care of their people. They just squeeze every $ out of you to provide them with D&I resources so they can turn it into data and look good to Business investors. Whistle-blower hot line is to get ahead of any D&I complaints so they can protect the business.

      Pros

      Great place if you're half-qualified and are good at playing underhanded politics with management with your nose buried in their backend. If you check LinkedIn you will see vast majority of the talent they used to have jumped ship years ago. Make friends with coworkers study and learn and obtain a much better job in three years.

      Cons

      A magnificent combination of terrible management, slacker-tastic coworkers, and poor facilities. Expect a lack of recognition for doing all the work the slackers don’t. Things get old real fast especially when you're doing the same tasks over and over again.

      Pros

      NCC offers a path for continued growth personally, professionally and most importantly…financially. This truly is a company where you can write your own paycheck with your hard work. There is a clear path for promotion including managerial opportunities if you are so inclined. They understand that your personal success is the company’s success and are open to improving the support system that is already in place in order for everyone to win. They are generous with spiffs and perks. There is definitely a work hard play hard mentality and environment.

      Cons

      If I was writing this review 2 years ago I would have said that the management staff was a con. However that has completely turned around and we now have great leadership and support. There is a level of turnover due to the job being more complex than the typical inside sales position. It simply isn’t a fit for everyone. We call on and work with all levels of organizations from entry level admins to C-level executives within multiple departments including procurement, IT, finance, and legal counsel. This is not an easy job and requires focus for the hours that you are working.
