The people Directors and Down Benefits Flexibility

Cons

C-Suite - very top heavy. CEO came in 2-ish years ago and brought all his UK cronies and the company has gone downhill ever since. Multiple quiet layoffs, ZERO transparency. He brought in a bunch of high level executives and created roles for them that no one understands.

Remote work and cost of healthcare.

Cons

Extremely siloed. Leadership has repeatedly changed direction on a whim with no explanation and no plan in place to execute.. just ideas and deadlines. No clear direction for career progression. No transparency with organizational direction beyond a few business days to a week. Leadership consistently misses their own deadlines (volumes of times) yet rules with an iron fist when individuals miss even once.
