Pros

- Good training ground for newbies.

Cons

- Benefits are not competitive compared to other companies. - Low salary, and pay increase isn't guaranteed. - Constant movement and abrupt changes in leadership. - Leadership team made it a habit to promise something they cannot fulfill. NO WORD OF HONOR!
