Pros

Get to be apart of a really well respected organisation within the industry. Paid well, no questions asked for taking time off. Trusted to own devices. Remote work. 3-4 years here can set you up for a fantastic career.

Cons

However a great office, it can feel quite isolated working remotely. Can lack some aspects of 1-1 training. Base can be low compared to other international orgs. Tiny team incentives/budget. Escrow & Assurance are very separate

Exposure to different tools and services. Brilliant senior staff that offer support. Work from home.

Cons

Lack of training. Fair requests often denied. Lack of certification and training opportunities. High staff turnover due to not valuing ground staff properly. High variation of quality.
