They're too big of an org for the work they do. They try to act like a small consulting firm but as theyre so big things take so long. They dont seem to have recovered UK Operations since the redundancies of 2022/23. Minimum UK benefits. 2 weeks Paternity Something dumb like 4% pension (Matched)

For example, in the UK we offer 26 weeks fully paid maternity, and 6 weeks fully paid paternity leave from day 1 of employment. NCC Group is a well-known company that’s great to have on the CV. There are some extraordinarily talented people working for them, their CIRT team work on some really high-profile incidents and are very reputable. For good reason - they know their onions. They have a broad range of clients, a broad range of tooling and you’ll learn a lot working there.

Cons

Pay disparity among analysts. People who have worked there for some time often get paid less than those who join and negotiate a higher salary. CEO is ex Big 4 and wants to treat NCC like the Big 4, they’re not. High analyst attrition rate (can be good for progression).
