      Good company if you work hard (Genuine Review)

      Pros

      -Exciting Market -Patience with new starters, they wont sack you if you dont sell straight away and will support. -Good support network from other sales people. -Clear message from management -Hard work and tenure will lead to you hitting target and progressing eventually. -Nice office -Ok sales incentives normally vouchers for amazon ect.

      Cons

      - Business has massively changed in the last 5 years, largely for the better but still a lot of teething issues. - Clear message on what needs to be done to progress needed. -Other sales jobs will pay more, but if your early into your sales career will give you a good foundation to reach those bigger jobs one day.

      Great people (in general), Horrendous Management

      Pros

      Reasonable career path if you want to work in security, otherwise no real progression. Most of the people there are fantastic, but senior management are unbelievable clueless

      Cons

      Terrible salary, terrible management, claim to care about "People" but couldn't care less about staff
