Amazing people and a huge variety of work and opportunities. NCC Group has grown from strength to strength over a considerable period of time. It has been augmented with a huge number of incredibly talented people from companies such as FoxIT, iSec Partners, Iron Mountain's Intellectual Property Management business and most recently Adelard LLP.l; In all around 24 businesses have brought immense talent and capability to the business. Working at NCC opens up an opportunity to expand my horizons, and future prospects immeasurably. You will find many of the very best people at other organisations also worked at NCC due in part to the amazing people they will have encountered and learned from.

Cons

Its a very busy fast paced business which can be a challenge. The company strives to be the leading cyber security organisation globally and this requires a huge amount of effort and dedication to achieve but their are amazing rewards for those that stay the course.

Very transactional business, so thinking bigger and winning strategic deals makes you stand out.

Cons

Very political. Going through immense change (has been for a long time). A lot of blockers making it hard for sales people (and sometimes consultants) to really put the client first. The business puts themselves first over the client.
