Pros

Great team based in Yorkshire. Great amount of training provided. Great internal labs to help develop skills and techniques. Amazing benefits and bonus schemes.

Cons

Office is like a sahara desert in the summer, broken AC. Sometimes the work lacked excitement.

Pros

Management are always listening to employee feedback and constantly changing with the times to ensure the company is compelling to work for.

Cons

There are still many vacancies to be filled, so the workload is higher than it has been at times. Hopefully this'll be fixed soon.
