      Pros

      Friendly inclusive culture, flexible, family friendly (they understand that people have a life, whether that is family life or pets or hobbies), and its refreshing working for a company that is a leader in its field. You get to work with colleagues globally, and everyone is keen to help.

      Cons

      Working for the Australian office for a UK headquartered company has its downsides, but APAC is fast growing so hopefully these issues iron out
