Balancing the benefits of scale with the need for speed is an ongoing focus for us, and we’re continuously working to streamline processes to better serve both our team and our clients. Regarding our benefits, we recognise these as important areas for improvement and have made significant changes over recent months. For example, in the UK we offer 26 weeks fully paid maternity, and 6 weeks fully paid paternity leave from day 1 of employment.
