NCC has a major lack of communication. They have had multiple layoffs in different departments all in short notice. More than half of the company has been let go just to save a buck and many employees have quit to save themselves from poor management .

There were a few talented people there

Cons

I’ve never worked in such a toxic environment with absolutely the worst culture. The office environment was terrible and felt a lot like high school. It was strange how few favorites would regularly receive promotions with new titles, but the same roles and without any new responsibilities. I would advise not coming here.

There aren't many pros about this company. The only thing that's good about the company is the 3 weeks of vacation and the 10 days of sick time.

Cons

This company is managed by the UK office. The management style is horrible, yelling at employees and not understanding how to properly lead a team. The management cut commission plans yearly even when the employee hit the annual targets. The company does not have a marketing team and only relies on only selling to current clients. I would NOT recommend working for this company.
