We’ve been operating in a fast changing, dynamic market and we, along with many of our peers and contemporaries in the market, have had to quickly adapt to these external market forces. Understandably, some of these changes led to an adjustment in focus for certain areas of the business, this is necessary to make sure we’re the right shape and size to take our business forward in line with our growth goals and market demand. We understand that this has been a challenging period for people and teams that have been impacted and we’re working hard to try and manage that change as sensitively and respectfully as possible.
