      Struggling to find them at the moment

      Things are being shaken up and the company is getting restructured. This is stressful, but is made so much worse by some toxic colleagues going round publically badmouthing people they disapprove of (even on company-wide townhalls), with HR doing NOTHING to sort this sort of thing out. I'm not sure we have a functional HR department any more beyond them dealing with leavers.

As you stated, we’re currently going through a period in our cycle of business review that aims to identify ways to improve the efficiency of our systems and processes as well as looking to adapt our ways of working to meet ever changing market needs. We fully appreciate that this can be a challenging and unsettling time for colleagues and, we always try to be understanding of how this can impact some people’s behaviours. It takes a lot of our time to deal with change processes in a sensitive way. Please bear with us as we continue to do our best.

      -superfluous management for small teams - extreme micromanagement; probably means of justifying role. See point above. -Very political. Mediocrity gets promotion with the right in-office pals. - Severe double standards and unfair/ biased treatment. read: cool kids club benefits.
