      Little training, progression or pay rise - if you want any of those then go elsewhere!

      - Little training, progression or pay rise - Ex-manager told his employees they are replaceable and doesn't expect them to hang about! - HR will take your manager's side whenever you raise a grievance - Company motto is "Securing Growth together" which really means the ex-CEO's rein of buying the competition is over. NCC Group are now reviewing what they have and working out what services they will keep and what they will bin

      Pros

      Free fruit and nice office location if you don’t mind paying for parking each day. I cannot think of many more?

      Cons

      Middle management lead by fear, performance improvement plans are the norm for most just so that they have a quick exit strategy and staff rarely last longer than a year. There is one manager in particular who had a great track record for losing staff, CH has a history of call centre management for those who are fresh out of school and ready to be brainwashed and has carefully introduced that culture into NCC over the last 4 years. If you don’t know any better then maybe it won’t be so bad, take the risk if you have a plan B when you accept the job offer (which by the way is ALWAYS given ;)

      Very "cut-throat" and rigid CEO sets a strict culture which has a negative impact on employees even though most push themselves. Lack of learning opportunities Not a nice environment to work in
