      Pros

      I have found NCC to be a very good employer. They genuinely care about my development - I've had lots of training opportunities. I enjoy the variety of working with different clients while having the security of being a permanent NCC consultant.

      Cons

      Because we can be working on a client site for a number of months at a time it's difficult to keep in touch with colleagues working on different assignments - however to be fair to NCC they do arrange regular offsite catch sessions.

      Wfh as and when you like.

      Cons

      LOUSY employee retention package. Worked for 3 year and only got a 3% increment since I joined. Alway use the same tactics and tell you that there is a DEC or June salary review or promotion but when the time comes, the management will tell you that there is no promotion and increment entitled for you.
