      Pros

      Great work environment. Great work ethics. A genuinely client centered culture. You feel that the administration works intently in order to also achieve high scores on nurse satisfaction and retention.

      Cons

      Health insurance is viable only within NCH hospitals and clinics. Some Tier-1 providers who were supposed to be charging you only the co-pay, still billed us for additional pay. Resolution still pending.

      Some of the people actually care about patient care and radiation safety, but not many

      Cons

      Antiquated eqipment, management is interested only in the bottom line, poor training, inadequate protocols...don't walk, run away

      Beware of the politics!!!!! This is by far my least favorite hospital I have worked at!

      Pros

      Great coworkers. They also have a lot of options/ resources available to improve your health. Always a surplus of available overtime.

      Cons

      Poor health insurance benefits, low hourly wages and not comparable to other hospitals and to cost of living. Policies/rules only apply when it's to the hospitals benefit. Nurses are not appreciated. Everything is punitive. Always receive emails threatening corrective action for various things such as not approving your punch in/out times.
