3x12hr, lunches, a few amazing nurses, nice looking unit (6N), opportunity to move up.

Cons

Nurses look down on CNAs, benefits, low pay $12.76 +$1.95 for nights (pre-Covid, pay could have gone up since then), pt assignments on night shift is crazy 15:1, last minute floats to NN Campus.
