I was only there not even a month and I had 3 days off due to illness and BOOM i was no longer wanted because HR policy meant that in the first 30 days no more than 3 days off for ANYTHING.

Poor training for new hires/seasonal employees, doesn’t pay enough and staff turn over reflects it, no support for underling staff when it comes to issues with “higher ranking” staff, constantly under staffed in almost every department, no set rules they seem to change depending on who you are talking to and who else was involved, management pretends to listen and then things continue as they were with no changes, health care plan is embarrassingly awful for a health care provider
