NCH Healthcare System is truly a company where you feel like family. From Administration to the hourly associates, everyone greets you with a warm friendly smile in their voice. My immediate Administrator was Zach Bostock. There's no one like him. He's absolutely incredible. He truly cares you about an individual, and was one of (if not the best) best mentors I've ever had. Open door policy truly existed and the NCH Physicians group administration team felt like family. It's a wonderful opportunity for anyone in the Naples/Fort Myers area. The benefits were great - The fact that the CFO and CAO of the Physician Group worked tirelessly to get our benefits lowered in order to use our physicians a discounted price. It was incredible! It was nice not to feel just like 'another number'. Dr. Weiss, Kevin Cooper and the rest of Administration all knew your names - which was a pleasant surprise!
Cons
I wish there was more of a discount for the cafeteria. There were great options and the food was wonderful, but I wish it was a bit more discounted for associates.
