Great place to learn. Generally good people to be mentored by. Reasonable pay. Stability of job and pay. Sign on bonus. Cafeteria w employee discount. Reasonable in department management.

Cons

Not having adequate staff such that work product is not rushed and vulnerable to error.

Cons

There is absolutely no help from Human Resources. Good luck. You will have a target placed on your back for complaining about serious complaints. They will just berate you and it goes on from there. Your name becomes blacklisted.
