      Pros

      NCH creates a great morale for their employees. There is great teamwork and the management is right there to help you grow in your career.

      Cons

      There aren't many cons to working for NCH. The only con is low pay compared to other health care systems.

      Pros

      The teamwork between the staff is great. The benefits are okay too as long as you're a non smoker. Some managers are excellent, others are a joke.

      Cons

      Administration doesn't care about the "little people". Pay is poor and the administration laughs about it. NCH has a lot of growing to do still. They are a young company and need more experience on how to handle things. I've witnessed them treat physicians poorly too. You have to use PTO for holidays.

      Pros

      Overall a great place to work. They do value their employees and treat them well. Every employer has issues and NCH is no different, but they do attempt to make things right.

      Cons

      Salary's are not competitive to the market or geographic area. Bedside nurses are more valued than RN's throughout the rest of the system.
