the dedicated kind ,caring people I work with .....

Cons

the cafeteria has wonderful people working there serving not the healthiest food ....believe it or not I feel there need for more management actually seeing employees and patients 24 hours a day...

Non for profit helps patients with financial needs to cover medical bills.

Cons

Zero merit based recognition. Ultra low compensation. Rude recruiters. Human Resources is a mess and will NEVER defend employees. Management is a Soviet Union style dictatorship.
