Pros

Nice teammenbers, the product is easy to build, compile and run.

Cons

Monitor employee's computer all the time with its independantly developed Flexi station. Everyone need to click mouse per 5 mins, or you'll identified as idle status, which is so crazy. Exclude the 30 mins lunch time from your work hours. Require 40h per week. Long probation time, 6 months for 1 year contract full time. Don't support WFH.

Pros

Coworkers were supportive and friendly, and managers interested in helping to get things done rather than apply pressure. CEO takes a personal interest in the work of each employee. Great work-life balance, you never take your work home with you. NCH makes a wide variety of software on multiple platforms, so there are plenty of opportunities to develop skill in different languages/operating systems/software types.

Cons

The health insurance contribution is a constant per employee, so if you have a family they pay the same amount as if you were only covering yourself.

if you don't like social or talk, it may suit you.

Cons

1.38 hrs working hours in the contract but you are required to work at least 2 hours extra. 2. PC activity will be monitored all the time. Over 5 mins break, this short period of time will be deducted from your working hours. 3. Salary is quite low compared to the market. 4. Everyone is like a working machine 5. No company culture at all
