Pros
You can learn how to operate multiple pieces of equipment and receive multiple certificates. Lots of overtime.
Cons
Lots of nepotism. Too much mandatory overtime. Temps aren't properly trained and often are dragged on in the hiring process, so you can be a temp for longer than a year and never be hired on. The pay doesn't keep up with inflation and annual raises aren't guaranteed. Benefits are terrible Extremely toxic work environment. Old heads offer little in help, and will more often than not throw you under the bus, but smile to your face while setting you up.
