Some Teams are very good and you need to be in that team to get some value for yourself. Good Onsite opportunities based on your project.. Competitive salary , if you perform well you will be taken care well.

Cons

Very less scope for Technical growth unless you take initiatives and try to do something different. You stay here for 2 -3 yrs it would be very difficult to get out and find a suitable job.. Decide fast what you want.. A lot of politics which will be clearly visible on every floor, know your stuff and don't allow someone to bully you.
