Great people, very kind and friendly, most of them smart and you can learn a lot from them. Challenging work in development of embedded software. Good benefits such as health insurance coverage and good bonuses for employees who deliver.

Cons

The company's vision is not clear ever since Cisco acquired NDS which translates to poor job security. There is not enough encouragement on self progress.
