Good Benefits of Cisco. Cisco is always a good brand to have it in your cv. Good work environment. Provided your manager is good. Good laptop with no restrictions on accessing websites.
Cons
No growth. People are always demoralising. Filled with one state people. Agile is just a name. Hardly people are aware of it. Bunch of managers who are not ready to involve in team. Heavy partiality for same group of people. Good ideas will remain as ideas, not allowed to implement them. Managers see's employee like slaves. Want people to slog day and night but at the end eat all the credits. Bunch of illlogical people are sitting in management who are least bothered about the things that are running. P. S. it's all related to fusion project.
