Pros
The people who work here are kind and friendly so the work environment overall is very pleasant. Management is also very understanding and chill so you don't have someone looking over your shoulder all the time but they are there to help when needed. The work itself is fairly straight forward so it's easy to understand but it'll take some time to memorize all the nuances.
Cons
The work can sometimes be tedious and repetitive but I feel like that's how it is with most office work.
