      Absolutely no pros in working here

      Boss is an alcoholic/coke fiend. everyone on the staff is under the influence of something. there isn’t any systems, leadership, accountability, rules, organization, training, everyone gossips your personal business, etc.

      Pros

      No oversight, you can work at your own pace and obtain many responsibilities. Relaxed atmosphere.

      Cons

      Pay raises are rare and when they happen, they occur in 25 cent intervals. Company has a revolving temp door where competent workers are always asked to train new employees while also completing their own work. Low pay, unsanitary bathrooms and cafeteria.
