• Pay and benefits are outstanding • The culture they try to have is wonderful

Cons

•The training is tough and not too well put together because the Support team is a fairly new addition to the Utah office. The programs you're supporting are large and at times a little complex to those not in the public sector, but if you work hard and implement a "fake it 'til you make it" attitude then you're bound to get a hang of things

My manager was incredible. Organized , thoughtful and fair. They really respect work life balance and reward for good work.

Cons

The only thing I can think is more vegetarian options when you buy lunch. But seriously I’ve never worked anywhere that buys lunch 3x a week for people so that isn’t even a real con.
