Fairly relaxed environment. Not a call center. Although the managers are meh, they don't micromanage too much. Insurance, PTO. Gym Reimbursement $250/Year

Cons

The customer support management team is a mess. They constantly say one thing and do another. The quarterly bonuses are always dangled over your head and you never get an explanation of why you're getting the bonus you are. Team meetings are basically just an excuse for the director to yell at everyone. The training and support within the position are awful.
