Pros

Strictly regulated environment with a lot of compliance (FedRAMP). Reinforced security guidance leaves small chance for error. People are nice and helpful

Cons

Things like deployment cycles, software deliverables and other internal processes are generally slow. Everything needs to be documented, scheduled and approved. A lot of managerial overhead prevents to iterate faster
