- Small Company Feel - Good Leadership - Some flexibility in my day to day and a decent work/life balance - Opportunities to connect with teammates in a Remote environment (via travel) - Salary is fair for the work I do - Bonuses, perks, swag are a nice plus

Cons

- Benefits aren't great: medical plan coverage seems limited and doesn't cover as much as it should, average 401k match and little/no opportunity for early withdraw/loans of my vested money, ancillary benefits are limited, etc. - The software itself can be difficult to work with compared to other software I've used and needs a continued heavy investment to be made more competitive -Blackout vacation period could be less rigid

Working at NEOGOV is a rewarding experience that allows me to contribute to the HR profession while avoiding the typical day-to-day HR stressors. I truly enjoy my time here. I appreciate working with so many people that are committed to doing their part! NEOGOV’s leadership effectively promotes a culture of teamwork balanced with healthy competition. I appreciate the effort they put into ensuring the environment is inclusive and supportive for everyone. A major highlight for me is the flexibility; the company understands that personal needs arise and provides the support necessary to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Cons

Constant growth can be a little intimidating when things change and you are not sure whether the change will affect your job. That of course is a challenge in most organizations.
