Pros

People and flexibility. The employees at NEOGOV really create a community and are quite supportive of one another. There is a good amount of flexibility when it comes to taking time off. Management recently changed hands and I assume this company will continue to grow and get better.

Cons

Some of the departments do not have room for growth. Departments struggle to communicate and processes are often convoluted. Depending on the department there is also limited room for growth.

Autonomy, no micromanagement, and great company culture just generally makes NeoGov a comfortable place to work. Also, the ability to move up to the next level here is more than possible, its encouraged and they make it easy.

Cons

Workload can be heavy
