Pros

Nice office. Good people. Catered lunch on friday and other small perks.

Cons

Fixed market. Not enough accounts to go around for the sales floor. Increased competition because of this. Basically job description= cold calling gov agencies to sell HR software that have been hit up over and over. Don't see the company making it another ten years.

Pros

Best reasons to work here. Meeting great coworkers. Free parking, decent snack collection, free catered lunch Friday’s. Pretty chilled laid back environment... sort of.

Cons

Benefits aren’t good. Health benefits kick in 2 or so months after you start. 40 hours sick time for the year. Accrued PTO at about 3.3 hours per pay period. On the sales side, it’s a fixed market so just be aware of that when competing for leads occasionally if territories overlap. Performance is quickly checked even when your sales quota starts based off a new product. Certain issues are very slowly addressed if at all. Quantity over quality but, then quality is pressed when it needs to be. Training is pretty fast. Lasts about a week. So just be prepared to do some self development which I encourage to make the most of your time. They prefer to get you on the floor ASAP which is fine if you’ve had sales experience. Meetings about development are more of what you did wrong which again makes sense but, doesn’t give both sides of the coin so you know what you’re actually doing well. This is not your typical snack kitchen at a start up haha so bring a lunch. Energy in the office is pretty low for a sales floor. People there often let you know when you’re being too loud. Lastly, they hire a lot so if you aren’t performing or even unable to perform to the best of your ability be prepared to look elsewhere. Overall decent company to start.
