      Pros

      There's a great work life balance with room for creativity. You're ideas are highly encouraged and are never shot down like they are in a corporate environment. It's a good feeling to know you're not just a number, but an asset to the company.

      Pros

      Strongly growing company with a great vision. Excels at giving opportunity to those who exhibit the potential and motivation to do well. Strongly desires a highly energized, value driven workplace. A lot of potential as a company. Great locations, good benefits.

      Cons

      Not always a clear commitment to employees as people. Sometimes lack focus and attempts to take on too many projects without enough resources to see them through. Sometimes makes bad decisions in terms of employee motivation.

      The company culture and work atmosphere here is great! There is a lot of flexibility and responsibility given to employees to get their work done independently. A lot of opportunity here for self starters - if you have an idea, you'll have the chance to execute.

      Cons

      If you enjoy autonomy, then this is a place to get it. If you like to be closely managed, then it's not the place for you.
