      - Favoritism for people of South Indian origin. States like Kerala, Andhra and Tamil Nadu - Extremely toxic environment in most departments except for product - Only 3-4 people are calling all the shots and they have been in the company for a long time and running it like their personal family business since HR has no control due to weak processes - Non existent performance KPIs which nobody bothers about - Extremely high turnover and insenstive termination for no reason at all (including folks who have given more than 10 years to the company) - If you are working for deptts under D***n, D***a or S***i pls DO NOT JOIN
