Not speaking for everyone, only myself: I believe I had mental health issues while/from working here. I neglected personal relationships and myself in order to complete the workload I was given. I don't regret taking the job necessarily because it was a great experience in terms of what I was able to accomplish, I feel proud of the work I did here and I was able to confidently take away new skills to my next job, but it was absolutely to the detriment of my well-being. I think The Great Resignation is centered around companies like this. You realize how unimportant the work is once you take a step back. I don't regret joining, but I'm glad I left. I don't actually believe this is an experience every single Nexon employee has - some have been here for a long time - and I think it depends on your department and your manager. Ask a lot of questions in your interviews so you can really understand if your department is right for you. Also two more things: 1) none of your ideas will matter unless you can convince the Korean office to okay it; you are viewed as another cog in the machine. 2) Lots of processes are essentially busy work, not that you don't already have a lot of actual work to do
